As Managing Director of the boutique consultancy Living Potential International, she draws from her personal experience managing the work-life challenges of bringing up three children in a non-native environment, while delivering leading-edge life skills and training to some of the most prestigious educational companies and organisations. She is a highly-rated executive coach with a special interest in nurturing young talent
Louise Nicolson has over twenty years’ experience in journalism, public relations, employee engagement and issues management. Louise launched, grew and sold a successful communication consultancy, corporate reporting service and summer school that was awarded Business Insider Scotland’s Employer of the Year 2015. Most recently, she was a partner at a City PR firm representing international clients from technology, energy, pharma, financial and retail sectors. Louise is currently completing her first business book, The Entrepreneurial Myth: a Manifesto for Real Business, due for publication in the UK and USA in 2019.

Maggie Chan Jones is an award-winning CMO and the Founder and CEO of Tenshey, a tech-enabled start-up dedicated to advancing gender diversity through executive coaching for female leaders at all career levels.
A trailblazer for women in technology, Maggie was the first woman to be named Chief Marketing Officer of SAP and has held leadership positions at Microsoft, Level 3 Communications, and Sun Microsystems.
Maggie was named one of the "world's most influential CMOs" by Forbes. She’s a recipient of a Women of the Decade in Marketing, Branding and Communication award by Women Economic Forum.
